Refund policy
Overview: We want you to love your BowBabys purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Supplier-Fulfilled Items: For items Fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners, please allow additional processing time for returns. Specific return instructions will be provided upon request based on the item and supplier.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at bowbabys0@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
