Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

📦 Items Shipped by BowBabys (US): These include all items from our Sarah's Handcrafted Bows collection and any US-stocked products.

🌐 Supplier-Fulfilled Items: Some items in our store are Fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners and ship internationally. These items have longer delivery windows — please plan accordingly.

Multiple Items in One Order: If your order contains both BowBabys-shipped and supplier-fulfilled items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bowbabys0@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll make it right.
